It displays the Agfa diamond logo on the side and includes an integrated electrical power cord. Accompanying the projector is the original paper instruction manual titled Directions for Use Agfa Opticus 100. The set is housed in a fabric-covered transport case designed as a small suitcase with brown trim, white stitching, and metal corner protectors. The case bears a prominent blue and tan Union-Castle Line cabin luggage label. This label contains handwritten provenance for Mr and Mrs C. T. Giles, who travelled Tourist Class in cabin 613 on the vessel Edinburgh Castle from Cape Town to Southampton.
