UK 2011 Royal Wedding Royal Mail Philatelic Numismatic Cover with Commemorative Medal

An official Royal Mail Philatelic Numismatic Cover (PNC) issued to commemorate the wedding of HRH Prince William of Wales and Miss Catherine Middleton on 29 April 2011. The cover features an inset commemorative medal struck in a gold-toned metal alloy. The obverse of the medal displays dual profile portraits of the couple with the legends WILLIAM AND CATHERINE and 29 APRIL 2011. The reverse is obscured by the card mounting. The cover includes a Royal Mail miniature sheet of four commemorative stamps featuring photographic portraits of the couple. These are cancelled with a special pictorial postmark from London SW1 dated 29.4.2011, incorporating a crowned CW monogram.
