Fifteen Assorted Vintage Ceramic Figurines and Decorative Items including British Commemorative and Wade Style Pieces
Description
A collection of fifteen vintage ceramic items featuring various figurines, small dishes, and posy vases. The lot includes a circular blue glazed dish with a relief-moulded central design featuring a crown and the Royal cypher ER for Queen Elizabeth II. Multiple pieces are in the style of Wade, including a koala on a tree stump posy vase, two Pekinese dog face dishes, a brown fish-shaped dish, and a seated blue-glazed male figure. The collection also contains several animal figurines including a monkey, a horse, a bird, and a small blue dish with an applied cockatoo figurine to the rim. Further items include a pink fluted bowl with a scalloped edge, two small scalloped-edge dishes in green and blue glazes, a small green tree stump posy vase, and a white porcelain lidded trinket box with relief-moulded floral decoration on the lid. The items are primarily constructed from glazed earthenware with multi-toned glazes, with the exception of the porcelain trinket box.
