An oval-shaped gold-toned metal and enamel badge or pendant. The obverse features a central blue enamel field with a raised sunburst and vessel motif, surrounded by a red enamel border inscribed DORSET and a sickle motif. A small suspension loop is attached at the top. The reverse is composed of a plain, flat metal surface without visible hallmarks or signatures.
