The bottom bar is inscribed D.J.M.H. representing the Dixon-Jones Memorial Home, which was a convalescent home for the Order located in Blackpool, Lancashire. Each jewel terminates in a red enamel and gilt metal pendant in the form of the Red Rose of Lancaster. One jewel features a gilt metal oval slide dated 1982.
