A Collection of Freemasonry Constitutions, Regulations, and By-Laws. Various Publishers, 1955-1989.
Description
A collection of printed works and pamphlets pertaining to the administration and regulations of several Masonic bodies in England. The group features a blue cloth-bound hardcover volume entitled United Grand Lodge of England Constitutions, Supreme Grand Chapter Regulations, Grand Charity Constitution and Regulations 1989, adorned with a gilt-stamped coat of arms on the front cover. A light blue softcover volume included is the Constitutions and Regulations for the Government of the Order of Mark Master Masons and the Degree of Royal Ark Mariner, published in 1955 under the authority of the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons, London. Also present are two red softcover pamphlets: General Regulations for the Government of the Order of Royal Arch Masons of England, published at Freemasons’ Hall, London, in 1961, and a York interest item titled Eboracum Royal Arch Chapter No. 1611, York By-Laws, which outlines meeting protocols at the Masonic Hall, St. Saviourgate, York. The collection is completed by a small dark blue leatherette-bound book with an embossed square and compasses emblem to the upper board.
