A vintage Mamod stationary live steam engine model, manufactured in England. The model features a horizontal cylindrical brass boiler mounted upon a red-painted pressed steel base plate. The black-painted metal firebox housing is fitted with a gold and red manufacturer’s decal. The mechanical assembly comprises a single-acting cylinder with a green-painted die-cast upright support and a multi-spoke cast metal flywheel finished in grey with red accents. A polished metal chimney with a flared top is positioned at the front of the boiler. The lot includes an original Mamod instruction manual, a metal fuel burner tray with a perforated top and long wire handle, and a red plastic funnel.
