A Collection of Irish Mottled Green-Glazed Earthenware Ceramics

A collection of mottled green-glazed earthenware ceramics, attributed to Wade Ireland. These pieces feature the characteristic Connemara or moss-green glaze with brown tonal highlights. The assortment includes several items: two spill vases or match holders, each with a relief-moulded basketweave pot and an adjacent donkey figure; a square ashtray with a transfer-printed scene of a jaunting car within a shamrock border; a triangular ashtray with a rural cottage landscape; and a shallow circular bowl featuring a landscape scene. Also included are two fluted circular pin dishes or ashtrays with central motifs of a shamrock and a game bird respectively, and a trefoil-shaped dish with embossed shamrock details. The items are decorated with a combination of relief moulding and polychrome transfer printing. No manufacturer marks are visible in the provided image.
