A Pair of Vintage Esso Petrol Can or Oil Drum Bungs

This lot comprises a pair of vintage cast metal industrial bungs, typically utilised for sealing oil drums or two-gallon petrol cans. Each circular cap features the embossed brand name ESSO in block lettering on the face, positioned between two integral raised tabs designed to facilitate tightening and removal with a bung wrench. The reverse side of each bung is internally threaded for attachment to a standard industrial aperture.
