Two Vintage Petrol Can Screw Caps for Pratts and Regent Spirit Cans

This lot comprises two vintage screw-on caps designed for traditional two-gallon petrol spirit cans, which were standard in the United Kingdom during the early to mid-20th century. The first cap is branded for Pratts Motor Spirit and is manufactured from cast brass. It features the embossed name PRATTS in a serif font across the top surface, and one of the side lugs includes a small circular mark containing the letter A. The second cap is a Regent branded example, produced from a cast ferrous metal alloy. It displays the word REGENT in a block sans-serif font. Both items are typical of the automobilia produced between the 1920s and 1950s for the British fuel market.
