A varied collection of British military and transport ephemera, primarily focused on the Royal Air Force during the Second World War and early 20th-century maritime history. The lot includes a booklet titled Halifax Crew: The Story of a Wartime Bomber Crew by Arthur C. Smith, featuring a monochrome illustration of a Handley Page Halifax. Two black and white studio portraits are present, one depicting a young airman in RAF service dress with a field service cap and another airman in similar attire partially obscured by packaging. A fragmentary cover titled Fight of THE is also included.

Army and special forces interest is represented by a card for the Special Air Service Regiment featuring the Winged Dagger insignia and the motto Who Dares Wins, alongside modern combat illustrations.

Maritime and First World War interest includes a full-page print from The Illustrated War News dated December 1 1915, documenting the sinking of the hospital ship HMHS Anglia. This is accompanied by a sepia-toned photograph of a white-hulled steam vessel and a monochrome print of sailors in life jackets with text regarding submarine warfare precautions.

The collection further contains historical map segments and prints relating to the Crimean War, specifically marked with Sebastopol and Balaklava. Railway interest is represented by a booklet titled FORWARD: THE LNER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME relating to the London and North Eastern Railway.
