Ringtons Cobalt Blue Glass Queen Elizabeth II 80th Birthday Commemorative Bowl

A commemorative glass bowl commissioned by Ringtons to celebrate the 80th birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2006. The bowl is fashioned from deep cobalt blue glass and features elaborate gilded ornamentation throughout. The rim is decorated with a scrolling foliate border and the gilded inscription TO CELEBRATE THE 80th BIRTHDAY OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II. The central well contains a gilded medallion depicting a right-facing profile portrait of the Queen, enclosed within a laurel wreath and additional decorative borders. The item is accompanied by its original dark blue textured presentation box, which displays the gilded Ringtons logo and the text A FAMILY BUSINESS SINCE 1907.
