A Collection of Fifteen Minton Parkwood Grey Pattern Bone China Tea Wares

A collection of Minton bone china tea wares in the Parkwood Grey pattern, number H 5135. The service consists of five footed teacups, six saucers, and four side plates. Each piece is decorated with a pale grey border and a gold-toned laurel leaf garland, finished with hand-applied gilding to the rims, foot rings, and angular handles. The underside of each piece bears a brown printed factory mark featuring a laurel wreath with the words Founded Minton 1793, Bone China, and Made in England. The pattern name Parkwood Grey and pattern number H 5135 are printed above the logo. A hand-painted gold three-bar mark is also present on the bases.
