This lot comprises a pair of vintage British military prismatic binoculars and a modern monocular. The binoculars are constructed with a black-painted brass body and textured grip barrels. The left shoulder features white-filled engraved text reading BINOCULAR PRISMATIC, No 3 Mark II, and MAGNIFICATION 6. The right shoulder bears engraved text reading GRATICULES 1/2° APART, AND 1/4° 1/2° AND 1° HIGH, AITCHISON LONDON, and 1923, positioned above a broad arrow pheon mark indicating British government property. A faint, illegible red mark is located on the brass near the lower edge of the right shoulder plate.
