The figure depicts a young woman wearing a deep blue bodice and overskirt with a contrasting white underskirt adorned with a green star-shaped floral pattern. Her brown hair is styled in a bun. The base features a printed green mark consisting of a lion standing on a crown, surrounded by a circular border reading MADE IN ENGLAND, ROYAL DOULTON, ENGLAND, and BONE CHINA. Below the circular device are the printed inscriptions Debbie, H.N. 2385, COPR. 1968, and DOULTON & CO. LIMITED. Also present are four registration numbers: Rd No 936030, Rd No 52605, Rd No 11456, and Rd No 154/68. A small blue mark is hand-painted to the side of the central hole.
