A set of four commemorative cupro-nickel coins issued by the British Virgin Islands in 2017, each housed in a protective circular plastic capsule. The coins are part of a series titled HM Queen Elizabeth II Long to Reign Over Us. The obverses feature various portraits of Queen Elizabeth II with legends including HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II, HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II, and the denomination ONE DOLLAR. The reverse design depicts the coat of arms of the British Virgin Islands, featuring a central figure and lamps with the legend QUEEN ELIZABETH II 2017 BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS and the Latin motto VIGILATE inscribed on a ribbon below.
