An English glazed bone china figurine entitled Lorna, depicting a woman in mid-19th-century style attire. The figure is modelled wearing a pale green off-the-shoulder gown featuring yellow-lined drapery, long blue gloves, and a matching blue fan. Her blonde hair is styled in a bun adorned with a blue ribbon. The base features several marks (photo 3). These include a green printed factory mark composed of a lion rampant standing upon a crown, encircled by the words ROYAL DOULTON ENGLAND and BONE CHINA. Below this, the name Lorna and the model number H. N. 2311 are printed in green. A copyright mark COPR. 1964 and manufacturer attribution DOULTON & CO. LIMITED are present, alongside four registration numbers: Rd No 917071, Rd No 46389, Rd No 9975, and Rd No 566/64. The base also displays hand-painted initials PH in green script and a small incised V mark.
