An assortment of nine English earthenware decanters, consisting of eight barrel-shaped dispensers and one bell-shaped whisky decanter. The barrel-shaped pieces are decorated with horizontal bands of colour and transfer-printed labels within scrolled cartouches designating contents as Gin, Scotch, Port, Rum, Sherry, and Cognac. The glazes vary between white, tan, and black, and each vessel is topped with a ceramic and cork stopper and fitted with a metal dispensing tap at the base. A circular brown printed mark is visible on one barrel base reading ROYAL VICTORIA WADE ENGLAND POTTERY 0 M. The bell-shaped decanter is finished in a two-tone cream and dark brown glaze with a gilded band around the foot. The underside is printed in black with the mark WADE BELL’S SCOTCH WHISKY PERTH SCOTLAND.
