The obverse features a high-relief classical scene depicting three figures and two winged putti amongst flowing drapery. The reverse is decorated with a complex engraved monogram consisting of the characters A and M intertwined, surrounded by ornate foliate scrolls and two small figures at the top and bottom. The medal is housed in a case featuring the printed text THOMAS FATTORINI LTD. on the interior lid silk. The medal displays significant dark toning across both surfaces, particularly in the recessed areas of the relief.
