A yellow gold necklace featuring a fine cable link chain with decorative openwork infinity-style links. The chain is punctuated by ten small seed pearl stations, four of which flank the central drop. Suspended from the centre is a large, cream-coloured, teardrop-shaped cultured pearl pendant. The piece is secured with a cylindrical barrel-style screw clasp. The clasp bears stamped hallmarks; one side shows a struck "9" and "C" (photo 4), while the reverse shows struck characters reading "9", ".", and "375" (photo 5), indicating 9 carat gold fineness.
