A group of Asian decorative objects and ceramics. The ceramic items include a large porcelain bowl with a scalloped rim, decorated in an Imari-style palette of underglaze blue, iron red, and green enamels featuring central floral medallions. There is a large blue and white porcelain bowl with a lobed rim, decorated with a central circular floral motif and dense scrolling floral borders. A medium blue and white bowl with a foliate rim features an interior scene of two figures seated at a table in a garden landscape. Two small white porcelain cups are present, one with a simple blue rim and one featuring polychrome figures. The lacquerware consists of a rectangular black lacquer panel with mother-of-pearl raden inlay depicting a landscape with pagodas, trees, and birds, alongside four small circular dishes finished in gold lacquer and hand-painted with maple leaves and prunus blossoms. The collection also contains three small seated figurines, two with a red finish and one in a cream tone, all depicting Hotei or Buddha-style figures. A glass snuff bottle decorated with painted birds and calligraphy is housed in a clear acrylic or glass presentation block. The metalwork is represented by a square-bodied brass teapot or water vessel with a curved spout, circular lid, and rectangular swing handle. No maker’s marks, reign marks, or signatures are legible on the visible surfaces of the items in the collection.
