A collection of British bronze halfpenny coins, primarily dating from the 1960s. The lot features the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse and the Golden Hind sailing vessel on the reverse. The coins are housed in a white plastic cylindrical jar with a screw-top lid. A cream-coloured adhesive paper label is attached to the side of the container, handwritten in black ink reading 1960’s halfpenny 1380 gm. The collection is comprised entirely of pre-decimal bronze coinage issued prior to the UK decimalisation in 1971.

Weight: 1380 grams.
