A lot comprising two vintage evening bags, dating from the mid-20th century.

The first is a soft-bodied black fabric evening bag featuring a pleated concertina design. The fabric is woven with vertical metallic threads in copper and gold tones, creating a shimmering ripple effect. It is fitted with a gold-tone metal chain handle and an ornate foliate-form clasp in gold-tone metal, inset with small clear and light blue faceted rhinestones. The interior lacks visible labels or marks.

The second is an envelope-style clutch bag with a fold-over flap, entirely hand-beaded. The ground is worked in white seed beads, with a symmetrical stylized floral scroll pattern outlined in silver-toned bugle beads and grey seed beads. The bag is secured with a small round white button closure. The interior is lined in a cream-coloured fabric. No maker’s marks or labels are visible on the exterior or interior.
