Lot 6:
An Early 20th Century Silver Crucifix Pendant weighing 0.96 gm and measuring 2.5 cm long
Description
A silver crucifix pendant of traditional form. The obverse features a raised-relief figure of Christ (corpus) set against a rectangular cross with a thin, raised border. The reverse of the cross is flat and is stamped SILVER in uppercase block letters on the vertical beam. The piece is fitted with an integral suspension loop and a simple circular jump ring. The metal shows significant surface tarnish and wear consistent with age and regular handling, resulting in the softening of the details on the central figure.
