Corgi Gift Set No. 10 Tank Transporter and Centurion Mk. III Tank with Original Box

A vintage Corgi Toys Gift Set No. 10, featuring a Mack Tank Transporter and a Centurion Mk. III tank. The models are primarily constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components. The Mack truck is finished in olive green with white clenched fist unit insignia on the doors and features an opening bonnet. The associated low-loader trailer is finished in matching olive green and features a detachable rear-wheel bogey and drop-down ramps for loading. The Centurion Mk. III tank is finished in a sand and olive green camouflage pattern and features a revolving turret, an elevating and firing main gun, and a black plastic antenna. British Union Jack decals are applied to the sides. The set is accompanied by its original pictorial cardboard box which features the Corgi dog logo and text including Tank Transporter and Centurion Mk. III tank, Firing, elevating gun with 12 shells, and Tank Made in Hong Kong. Note that the box text contains a discrepancy regarding the original shell count, listing sixteen in one section and twelve in another.
