A matching pair of clear cut-glass mantle lustres, also known as girandoles, in the Anglo-Irish style. Each piece is constructed with a tulip-form scalloped top section featuring diamond-cut patterns. This upper section sits above a central metal collar with a dark patina, which serves as the mount for several arched metal branches. Each branch suspends a faceted, elongated glass prism. The central glass stems display further diamond-cut and faceted motifs, leading down to square, stepped glass plinth bases. The undersides of these bases are finished with radiating star-cut patterns characteristic of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. No maker’s marks were observed during inspection.
