This lot comprises two 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) cameras manufactured by Praktica in the former German Democratic Republic (DDR). The first camera is a Praktica MTL 3, featuring a metal chassis with a chrome and black leatherette finish. It is fitted with a Pentacon Auto 1.8/50 Multi Coating prime lens, utilizing an M42 screw mount system. The second camera is a Praktica BX20, constructed with a matte black polycarbonate body over a metal frame. It is equipped with a Pentacon Prakticar 70-210mm f/4 zoom lens using the Praktica B bayonet mount. The MTL 3 includes a decorative red and black patterned woven neck strap, while the BX20 is fitted with a wide, branded blue and white Praktica neck strap. Accompanying the cameras is a navy blue nylon soft-sided carry bag with a top zip closure and two black drawstring lens pouches with green interior linings.
