The collection includes a “The Great British 1983 Coin Collection” presented in a blue folder with a white informational insert printed with “Striking coins at the Royal Mint.” This set comprises seven decimal coins: 50 pence, £1, 20 pence, 10 pence, 5 pence, 2 pence, and 1 penny. A second set, “Coinage of Great Britain 1967”, is housed in a red plastic case and contains pre-decimal denominations including a half crown, florin, shilling, sixpence, threepence, penny, and halfpenny.

The loose coinage consists of a diverse mix of base metal currency. Notable UK pieces include a large Elizabeth II commemorative crown, a 1990 five pence, and various other decimal and pre-decimal issues. International coinage features a Turkish 1000 Lira and holed Scandinavian pieces. The lot also includes two large gold-coloured commemorative medallions featuring an image of a building and text reading “ST. GEORGE’S CHAPEL WINDSOR CASTLE”.
