The oval shell is set within a yellow gold mount, featuring a rub-over bezel surrounded by a decorative rope-twist border. The side of the bezel bears three stamped marks reading 375, indicating a gold fineness of 9 carat. The reverse is fitted with a horizontal pin and a simple C-clasp mechanism.
