This lot consists of three items of Israeli interest. The first is a circular plaque fashioned from a cross-section of an olive wood branch, retaining a natural bark edge. The face features a central relief carving of a dove carrying an olive branch, enclosed within a notched geometric border. A hand-painted inscription in Hebrew characters to the left of the bird translates to Jerusalem. The reverse reveals the characteristic dark-hearted grain of the wood. The other two items are a pair of small baluster-shaped glass bud vases of with flared rims. One vase is decorated with a white neck and a horizontal pink band above a body featuring vertical dripping glazes in shades of olive green, cream, and brown. The second vase has a mottled grey neck over a body with a stylized pink petal motif and fine black linear details. Both vases have a dark blue line around the top edge of the rim and a white glazed interior. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on any of the pieces.
