The table features a circular solid figured walnut top with a visible decorative grain, mounted on a tilt-top mechanism. The top is supported by a bulbous turned central pedestal which terminates in a quadruped base with scrolled, rounded feet. The underside of the table top bears a red auction sticker with the printed characters A 1327 over 19. The pair of side chairs are designed in the balloon-back style, featuring arched top rails and walnut frames. The back panels and seats are inset with woven cane. The chairs are supported by turned front legs and slightly splayed rear legs.
