A set of six coffee spoons of Art Deco design, constructed from silver with a polished finish. Each spoon features a circular bowl and a slender stem terminating in a dark, spherical finial shaped as a coffee bean. The finials are likely composed of molded plastic or ebonized wood, a motif characteristic of early 20th-century demitasse sets. While the high-quality finish and context suggest sterling silver, no hallmarks or maker’s marks are legible in the provided imagery. The set is presented in its original rectangular black leatherette case with a hinged lid secured by two brass-toned swing-latches. The interior lid is lined with cream-coloured ruched satin, while the base is lined in black velvet with fitted recesses for each spoon in an alternating arrangement.
