A Collection of British Commemorative and Decorative Ceramic Vessels

A collection of ceramic vessels comprising various forms of two-handled loving cups, mugs, and a large tankard. The collection includes items related to the Taunton Cider Company, with one large white earthenware loving cup featuring a green leaf pattern and transfer-printed apples with the text Taunton Cider, and a smaller mug with a colourful corporate crest for the Taunton Cider Company. Two small matching two-handled cups are decorated with blue and white topographical transfer prints in the style of Spode Tower patterns. Also included is a large cobalt blue tankard with extensive gilded floral and foliate decoration and a single handle, a large three-handled tyg with transfer-printed and hand-coloured floral sprays, and a small two-handled cup featuring a monochrome brown transfer-printed rural scene with cattle. The items are presented with a contemporary white rectangular box featuring a monochrome floral border.
