Beverley Mair, Country Lane to Dove Cottage, Limited Edition Print 21/850

A limited edition offset lithographic reproduction print after an original watercolour by the artist Beverley Mair, titled Country Lane to Dove Cottage. The scene depicts a stone cottage with a gated entrance and stone walls, set amongst trees and lavender-toned flora. The print is hand-signed by the artist in pencil to the lower-right margin and hand-numbered 21/850 in pencil to the lower-left margin. The title is inscribed in pencil to the lower-centre margin. The reverse bears a studio label for the artist, based in Romiley, Stockport, dated 1985. The work is housed in a dark wood stepped frame with a gilt inner slip and a double mount in cream and brown.
