A Collection of Decorative Items including a Porcelain Figurine, Wall Plates and Carved Wooden Busts

A collection of decorative items led by a matte-glazed porcelain figurine attributed to the Wedgwood Coronation Ball series produced for Spink. This figurine depicts a lady in an eighteenth-century style gown with a pink dress, white ruffled hems and sleeves, and small applied ceramic roses; she holds a fan and wears a matching hat. Also present are porcelain cabinet plates featuring romanticised pastoral scenes of couples in garden settings, finished with scalloped and gilded rims. The group includes hand-carved hardwood busts depicting a male and female with stylised features and traditional hairstyles, finished in a dark stain.
